Under guided instruction, you will fully prepare and cook a complete Southern-inspired brunch menu, then properly chill, package and take home enough to serve four people.

Edible Art Swiss Roll Workshop

An elevated pastry workshop where art meets technique.

Participants begin by sketching original designs using edible ink markers on royal icing cookies — warming up their creative eye before translating artwork onto parchment for a patterned Swiss roll cake.

Up to four custom gel-colored batters are piped over the design and briefly frozen to preserve clarity before being layered with sponge and baked. The result: a seamless edible canvas rolled around a stabilized filling.
