Equitable Exchange Program
At Benagerie, I believe meaningful experiences should be accessible in more than one way.
The Equitable Exchange Program is designed for individuals who bring valuable skills, services, or support—and would like to exchange that value for access to classes or supper club experiences.

This offering is ideal for those who:

• Have a trade, craft, or professional skill to offer

• Value community, collaboration, and shared experiences

• Would like to treat themselves or someone they love to a special evening

How Exchange Works
All exchanges are based on equivalent value, ensuring fairness and sustainability.
You may participate through:

• Event Support (assisting with classes or dinners)

• Skill-Based Trade (offering a professional service or project-based work)

Each exchange is:

• Defined with a clear scope

• Assigned a market value

• Converted into Benagerie credits or experience access

Examples of Accepted Trades
Depending on current needs, exchanges may include:

• Handyman or repair work

• Garden or outdoor space support

• Photography or creative services

• Equipment or vehicle maintenance

• Operational or technical support

To maintain a balanced and respectful exchange:

• All trades are reviewed and approved in advance

• Not all offers can be accepted

• Exchanges are structured to reflect fair market value on both sides

• Credits and experiences are non-transferable and time-bound

Product & Garden Exchange
In addition to service-based exchange, I occasionally accept locally grown or crafted goods as part of the Equitable Exchange Program.
This may include:

• Seasonal produce

• Fresh herbs or edible flowers

• Eggs, honey, or small-batch goods

All product exchanges are:

• Accepted based on quality, consistency, and current needs

• Assigned a fair value and converted into Benagerie credits or experiences

• Coordinated in advance to align with upcoming menus and events

Due to the perishable nature of these items, not all offerings can be accepted.

Community Offerings
At Benagerie, I’m passionate about supporting community-centered initiatives, local organizations, and meaningful causes.
Each year, I offer a limited number of donations and collaborative fundraising experiences designed to bring people together around food and purpose.
Due to the nature of small business operations, all requests are carefully reviewed to ensure alignment and sustainability.

Donations (Raffles & Auctions)

I’m happy to consider contributions for:

• School fundraisers

• Nonprofit events

• Community initiatives

Typical contributions may include:

• A class credit or discounted experience

• A gift certificate toward a future booking

Donation Guidelines

• Requests must be submitted at least 3–4 weeks in advance

• Priority is given to local organizations and community-based efforts

• Not all requests can be fulfilled

• Approved donations will be provided in a format suitable for your event (digital or physical)

Fundraising Events & Collaborations

For organizations looking to create a more immersive experience, I offer collaborative fundraising events, such as hosted garden dinners or classes benefiting a specific cause.

These experiences are designed to:

Create meaningful guest experiences

Generate funds through ticket sales or shared revenue

Highlight the organization in a thoughtful, community-centered way
